Minutes of General Meeting held on July 21, 2005

President Gilmore called the thirtieth annual meeting of the International Association or the Local Chapter Presidents to order at 11:00AM.  Bob Westbrook gave the invocation and also led the membership in the Pledge of Allegiance.

President Gilmore introduced his staff of officers:
Vice President     Bob & Kathy Westbrook
Secretary             Delno & Helen Spellman
Treasurer             Delma & Vern Magsamen
Directors             Charles & Phyllis Jones

President Gilmore also introduced his wife Brigitte and Dennis Burkholder, WIT General Manager.

The International State Officers Association were introduced:
President              Bob & Doris Kleinburg
Vice President      Andy & Jeanie Bienvenue
Secretary              Jim & Irene McCarty
Treasurer              Tom & Sally Beckendorf
Directors               Bob & Bonnie Miller

President Gilmore said he was going to change the format of the meeting as Dennis was on a tight schedule.  President Gilmore called for the nominating committee of Gene Bennett and Art Schypper to come forward and give the report.

The nominees for President are Bob & Kathy Westbrook.  They asked if there were any other nominations from the floor three times.  A motion was made to close the nominations and seconded.

The nominees for Vice President are Delno & Helen Spellman.  They asked if there were any other nominations from the floor three times.  A motion was made to close the nominations and seconded.

The nominees for Secretary are Vern & Delma Magsamen.  They asked if there were any other nominations from the floor three times.  A motion was made to close the nominations and seconded.

The nominating committee presented Tom & Nancy Rocheleau as Treasurer.  They asked if there were any other nominations from the floor three times.  A motion was made to close the nominations and seconded.

A motion was made to close the nominations and seconded.  The candidates were duly elected.

Cliff & Brigitte Gilmore will be Directors.

President Gilmore thanked the nominating committee and dismissed them.

Dennis Burkholder then installed the new officers.  He congratulated the new officers.  He also thanked the officers for all they did, there could not be a GNR without the volunteers.  He looked forward to seeing every one next year.

President Gilmore asked if any of the International Association of the Local Chapter Pat Presidents were present.  He welcomed:  Carol & Everett Johnson, Floyd Wall, and Jim & Phyllis Hicks.  He said he was so glad Charles & Phyllis Jones were able to come.  Last year he was in a bad accident and they didn't get to come.

President Gilmore asked if there was any new business and there was none.

President Gilmore introduced the Audit Committee, Carol Bennett and Sandy Schypper.  They reported the books were in order.

President Gilmore then asked for the reading of the minutes.  Delno Spellman read the minutes.  Bob Kleinburg made a motion to approve the minutes and it was seconded by Bob Odem.

He asked for the Treasurer's report.  It was read by Delma Magsamen.  We have $2,995.58 in the bank.  He said this would be turned over to the Audit Committee.

Carol Johnson made a motion we give $100.00 to the youth at GNR.  This was seconded by Jerry Van Meter.

President Gilmore gave our new President the microphone.  He thanked the people for coming and told them there would be refreshments after the meeting.  Cliff & Brigitte Gilmore were presented a plaque from the Club for their work and they thanked the club.

Bob Kleinburg made a motion the meeting adjourn and this was seconded
